Amie L. Cottrell, 42, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Monday, August 22nd, 2022. Amie was born in Point Pleasant, NJ, and grew up in Jackson, NJ where she graduated from Jackson Memorial High School in 1998. She has lived in Little Egg Harbor, NJ for the past 8 years raising her family. Amie was a proud mother, wife, daughter, sister, and aunt. She loved flowers, gardening, baking, and arts & crafts. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
Amie is survived by her loving husband Timothy and their four children, Nicholas (12), Michael (11), Alyssa (8), and Katelyn (8); her parents, Fred and Jane Goelz; her siblings, Michelle Holland and her husband Robert, Freddie Goelz and his wife Kerri, Michael Goelz and his wife Katie, Lynn Goelz, and Kristie Fabrizzio and her husband John; her grandmothers, Rose Latham, and Carolyn Goelz; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday August 31, 2022 at 10:30am at Our Lady of Victories Roman Catholic Church 42 Main St. Sayreville, NJ 08872 followed by burial in New Calvary Cemetery 490 Washington Rd. Parlin, NJ.
A donation may be made in honor of Amie to METAvivor Metastatic Breast Cancer Research metavivor.org.
