Barbara J Melchionne

Barbara J. Melchionne, 83 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday March 21st, 2026. Barbara was born in Jersey City, NJ, grew up in Union City, NJ and spent many years living in Brick, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor in 2000. Barbara attended Emerson High School in Union City and was a phenomenal home maker. She enjoyed bowling, fishing, going to Atlantic City and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

Barbara was predeceased by her parents William and Florence Garry and her daughter-in-law Melissa Melchionne.

She is survived by her loving husband Joseph of 62 years, son Joseph Melchionne Jr. of Manahawkin, NJ, granddaughter Megan Romanowski and husband Randy, grandson Joseph Melchionne and fiancé Mary and great-grandchildren Raelynn and Brinley.

Visitation will be held on Thursday March 26th, 2026 from 2-5pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. Cremation will be private.
