Barbara J Walter

Barbara J Walter, 84 of Manahawkin, NJ passed away on Sunday July 31, 2022. Barbara was born in Brooklyn, NY and spent time living in Staten Island, NY and Manalapan, NJ before moving to Manahawkin 2 years ago. She worked on Wall Street and at the Hofbrauhaus in Germany. She was a member of the Wranglers Posse Horse Club in Staten Island and loved reading and travelling the world.

Barbara was predeceased by her parents Renous and Aslaug Lechner and nephew Nicholas Hernandez.

She is survived by her loving brother Richard Lechner and wife Joan of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, nieces Kimberley Ellingsen and Tracy Eorio, 2 great-nieces and 3 great-nephews all of Manahawkin, NJ.

Visitation will be held on Friday August 5, 2022 at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087 from 10-11am followed by entombment in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge, NJ.
