Carmela Tyburski

Carmela Tyburski (nee Triano), 85 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday April 5th, 2026. Carmela was born, raised and lived in Kearny, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor in 1987. Carmela was the owner and operator of Carmela’s Beauty Salon on Kearny Ave. in Kearny and was a Communicant of St. Theresa’s R.C. Church here in Little Egg Harbor. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Women’s Republican Club. She volunteered at the Southern Ocean Thrift Store and enjoyed crocheting, walking her dog, ceramics, playing bingo, playing cards and cooking for everyone. Her biggest passion was spending time with and taking care of her children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter. She loved taking care of children and was an amazing caretaker.

Carmela was predeceased by her parents Michael and Rose Triano (Polito), her beloved husband Edward Tyburski in 2004 and her sister Mary Yuille.

She is survived by her loving children Edward Tyburski of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, Lisa Nylund and fiancé Robert Pharo of Parkertown, NJ and Maria Staton and husband David of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, grandchildren Bobby Nylund, Anthony Staton and David Staton and his wife Sarah, great-granddaughter Sienna Staton and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held on Saturday April 11th, 2026 from 1pm until her Funeral Service beginning at 4pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. Cremation will be private.
