Charlotte C. Cullen, 92, passed away peacefully on January 25th, 2026. Born on August 7th, 1933, Charlotte lived a long and meaningful life filled with love, family, and cherished memories.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 64 years, Richard H. Cullen and daughter-in-law Pam Mollenkopf.
Charlotte is survived by her loving children: Richard Cullen Jr. and his wife Janet, Michael Cullen, Wendy Gaupp and her husband Dale, and Bambi Walker and her husband Wayne. She was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren: Michael Cullen Jr., Jason Cullen, Holly Brophy, Richard Cullen III, Mark Cullen, Julie Gaupp, Christina Balbuena, Brittany Walker and Wayne Walker Jr., and her loving cat, Bella. Her legacy continues through her eleven great-grandchildren.
Charlotte began her career working at Grants and in Smithville before earning her LPN nursing degree at the age of 50. She dedicated many years to caring for others at Seacrest Nursing Home and through private duty nursing. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoyed crafting, spending time with her family, and escaping the cold winters in Florida. She had a deep love for animals, especially her cats, who brought her joy and companionship throughout her life.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the fantastic staff at the Terraces at Seacrest for their outstanding care and love. They were truly a blessing.
Cremation will be private.
Charlotte will be remembered for her devotion to family, her compassion for others, and the warmth she brought to every life she touched.
She will be missed and forever in our hearts.
