Daniel J Bray

Daniel J. Bray, 84, of Litle Egg Harbor, NJ passed from this life on Friday, October 9th, 2026. Dan was born on December 21st, 1941 in Kearny, NJ to James and Helen Bray.

After graduating from Clifton High School, Dan served in the Air National Guard 177th Fighter Wing and then worked for many years as a purchasing agent, retiring from the Richard Stockton College of NJ in 2000. He lived a good life of generosity to others and enjoyed boating on the Barnegat Bay, travelling, and attending Stockton baseball games.

Dan is predeceased by his parents and his sisters Marilyn and Doris. He is survived by his loving husband of 49 years, Gene Cranmer, stepsons Nana and Jerome, 7 grandchildren, and 3 nieces.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday October 14th, 2026 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm and again on Thursday October 15th, 2026 from 10am until his Funeral Service beginning at 11am at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. Burial will be held on Thursday October 15th, 2026 at 12pm in West Creek Cemetery, West Creek, NJ.
