Edward Clark Lescure, 74, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Thursday June 11, 2026. Clark was born in Camden, NJ and has lived in Little Egg Harbor for many years. He graduated from Haddon Heights High School class of 1972 and went on to proudly serve our nation in the US Air Force.

He worked for the Department of Motor Vehicles in Manahawkin, NJ as an inspector, and later for various retail stores. Clark was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Little Egg Harbor where he served as a Trustee, AWANA Commander, and Sunday School Superintendent, as well as overseeing Maintenance, and Lobby Security. He was a life member of the Mystic Island Fire Department holding various positions including Commissioner and Assistant Chief. He was a Host Coordinator for Exchange students until his daughters graduated from High School.

Clark was a Disney fanatic, he enjoyed going to amusement parks, playing cards and board games with his family and his grandchildren. He also enjoyed camping and was a life long dog lover

Clark was predeceased by his parents Edward Joseph Lescure Jr., Mary Louise Lescure (nee Clark), and sister Susan Jean Lescure.


He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years Susan Lescure (nee Burd), loving daughters Rebecca Foster (Chris) and Sandra Fluellen (Jamar) grandchildren Madison, Alexis, Kira, Damien and Lila. His sister Lynn Conahan (Pat), and niece Christine Carter (John) and nephew PJ Conahan (Amy) and their families.

Cremation will be private and a Memorial Service will be at the Calvary Baptist Church on Saturday, June 27 in the afternoon. Please check back for details.
