Eleanor Pogorzelski

Eleanor Pogorzelski, 96 of Toms River, NJ passed away at Mystic Meadows Nursing Home on Friday November 27th, 2020. Eleanor was born in Jersey City, NJ and lived with her family in many places before moving to Toms River, NJ 28 years ago. Eleanor was a devoted Homemaker who raised 5 children and loved crocheting, knitting, jigsaw puzzles and crossword puzzles.

Eleanor was predeceased by her husband Walter Pogorzelski Sr., son Cornell “Chuckie” Pogorzelski, daughter Charlain Fallon and her husband Edward and daughter-in-law Eileen.

She is survived by her loving children Walter Pogorzelski Jr. of Connecticut, Carol Millroy and husband Charles of Little Egg Harbor, NJ and Eleanor Freeman and husband Jeffrey of Florida, 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and daughter-in-law Catherine Pogorzelski.

Cremation will be private and a burial will take place at a later date.
