Geary Steinhauer

Geary Steinhauer, 79, of New Gretna, passed away on August 17, 2017 in Pomona, NJ. Born in Pinewald, NJ to Paul and Virginia Steinhauer, Geary spent the majority of his life in New Gretna. Geary was a Navy Veteran and a carpenter. He loved gunning, fishing and working in his workshop. He was also a member of the First Presbyterian Church of New Gretna and the Friendly Seniors of New Gretna.

Pre-deceased by his brother Jack, Geary is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Patricia (nee Messick), son John Steinhauer, daughter Grace Ann Rodriguez (Thomas), his brother Paul Steinhauer and his grandchildren Tommy, Victoria, Cody, Cosmo, Reese, Landyn and Jaxon.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 from 11am-12pm at First Presbyterian Church of New Gretna, with a service beginning at 12pm. Burial to follow at Miller Cemetery, New Gretna, NJ.
