Janet Marie Davis

Janet Marie Davis, 80 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away surrounded by her sons and family on Wednesday July 9, 2025. Janet was born in and lived in Philadelphia, PA before moving to Little Egg Harbor 44 years ago. She was a communicant of St. Theresa R.C. Church in Little Egg Harbor. Janet had a love of animals and would foster many “furry friends”. She had a big heart; she was very charitable and was a tireless advocate against domestic violence. Janet was also an avid reader and she loved horseback riding.

Janet was predeceased by her husband Charles F. Davis, brothers Larry Tentarelli and Louie Tentarelli, sisters Theresa Ciafre and Marie Feagen and granddaughter Alyssa Davis.

She is survived by her loving sons Raymond Davis and wife Charlee of Little Egg Harbor and Steven Davis and significant other Cheryl Fuller of Little Egg Harbor, sister Rita Hoffman of Ridley Park, PA, grandchildren Steven Davis and Stephanie Gatto, long time companion Mike Brown as well as many nieces and nephews.

Viewing hours will be held on Friday July 18, 2025 from 9:30 to 10:30am at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. A Funeral Mass will also be on Friday at 11:00am at St. Theresa R.C. Church 450 Radio Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.
