Joanne Malatesta

Joanne Malatesta, 74 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Sunday March 1st, 2026. Joanne was born in Hoboken, NJ and spent many years living in Bergenfield, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor, NJ 1 year ago. Joanne worked as a legal assistant for Curtis, Mallet Law Firm in New York, NY. Joanne was a very talented artist and she enjoyed spending with her nieces, nephews and close friends.

Joanne was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Frances Malatesta and her brother Louis Malatesta.

She is survived by her loving brother James Malatesta and his wife Debby of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, nieces and nephews Steven Malatesta, Allison Malatesta, Ashley Scerbo and husband Greg and Thomas Malatesta and wife Theresa and great nieces and nephews Franco Scerbo and Adelaide Malatesta .

Cremation will be private and an interment of ashes will take place on Friday March 6th, 2026 at 1pm in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Washington Township, NJ.
