Joseph Puglisi Jr., 88 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ peacefully passed away at home on Tuesday July 10, 2018.  Born in East Orange, he was raised in Newark and graduated from West Side High. Joe served in the Army National Guard, was a carpenter and then built homes in northern New Jersey.  He was married for 65 years to the love of his life, Anita, and they raised their seven children in a home he built in Fairfield.
Joe loved vegetable gardening, camping, doing crossword puzzles, and enjoying a glass of wine with his bowl of pasta, but most of all just being with his family.
Joe will be missed by his wife Anita, children Diane, Cynthia, Joseph III, Patricia, Carolyn, Mark and Lisa, sons-in-law Warren, Nick, Kenneth and Scott and daughter-in-law Barbara, 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday July 14, 2018 at 11:00am at St. Theresa's R.C. Church, 450 Radio Road, Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087
