Karen A Smith

Karen A. Smith, 67 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Monday April 1^st, 2024. Karen was born and raised in Denville, NJ and spent 25 years living in Point Pleasant, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor, NJ 3 years ago. Karen worked as a substitute teacher for Point Pleasant Borough School District and enjoyed shopping, gardening, cooking, walks on the beach, and spending time with her family.

Karen was predeceased by her parents Carl and Joanne Bennington, her husband Jeffrey Smith and her son Timothy Smith.

She is survived by her loving daughter Heather Coon and husband Robert of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, brother Mark Bennington and wife Carol of East Palatka, FL, sister Dawn Chiafullo and husband Louis of Long Branch, NJ, sister Tracey Myerchin and husband David of Hope, NJ, sister-in-law Kelly Ann Macalalad and husband Ariel, grandchildren Blake and Lorelei, and many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Saturday April 6^th, 2024 from 1-4pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ. Cremation will be private.
