Margaret Hook

Margaret Hook, 85 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Thursday September 4, 2025. Margaret was born in New York City and spent over 55 years living in New City, NY before relocating to Little Egg Harbor last year. Margaret worked as a pet sitter and dog walker and a member of St. Augustine’s in New City. She was an animal lover who spent over 35 years volunteering at animal shelters in New York. She also enjoyed participating in Politics.

Margaret was predeceased by her parents John and Margaret Rippe, husband Donald Hook, grandson Trevor Hook and brothers John and Conrad Rippe.

She is survived by her loving sons Robert Hook and wife Kristen on Little Egg Harbor, NJ and Donald Hook of Schenectady, NY and grandchildren RJ, Tyler, Morgan and Jackson.

Cremation will be private. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday September 27,2025 at 11a.m at St. Theresa's Church, 450 Radio Rd, Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. Burial of ashes to follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Tuckerton, NJ.
