Mary T Cesari

Mary T. Cesari, 84 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Monday May 4th, 2026. Mary was born in Perth Amboy, NJ, raised in Carteret, NJ spent time living in Sewaren, NJ before settling in Little Egg Harbor, NJ 22 years ago. Mary was a graduate of Carteret High school class of 1961 and went on to work for Shoprite in Carteret and in Manahawkin. Mary was a Communicant of St Theresa’s R.C. Church and was very active in her Cranberry Creek Community. She enjoyed going to Myrtle Beach at her timeshare, playing cards, travelling and going to Atlantic City.

Mary was predeceased by her parents Peter and Lucy Bufano, her husband Chester R. Cesari and her brothers Joseph and Sam Bufano.

She is survived by her loving daughters Christina Marchetti and husband Lenny of Colonia, NJ, Jennifer Sanders and husband Andrew of Rockhill, SC and Maria Cesari-Redondo and husband Louis of Jersey City, NJ and her grandchildren Amanda, Leo, Paul and Angela.

Visitation will be held on Thursday May 7th, 2026 from 2-5pm with a Funeral service at 4:45pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.
