Nancy T Chatterton

Nancy T. Chatterton, 91 of West Creek, NJ passed away on Monday February 12^th, 2024. Nancy was born and raised in West Creek, NJ and attended Tuckerton High School. Nancy loved going to the beach where she met her husband, Edward. After getting married they moved to Riverside, NJ where they had their son, Ted. The family spent time living in Riverside, NJ and Burlington, NJ before returning home to West Creek, NJ in 1973. She began working as a Medical Secretary for Dr. Axxon and then Dr. Miller. Nancy was strong in her faith and loved the Lord. She attended Grace Calvary Church in Ship Bottom, NJ and was a phenomenal wife, mother and friend. She enjoyed bird watching on Dock Rd., spending time at the beach and her McDonald’s breakfast.

Nancy was predeceased by her parents Lester and Gladys Cowperthwaite and her beloved husband Edward Chatterton.

She is survived by her loving son Ted Chatterton of West Creek, NJ and her cousins Ed and Nancy of Beach Haven West, NJ.

Cremation will be private and a burial of ashes will take place next to her husband and parents in West Creek Cemetery. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Grace Calvary Church at a later date.
