Patricia Mary Calhoun

Patricia Mary Calhoun, age 76, of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey passed away on October 6, 2020 with her husband of 55 years, William, by her side. Born on December 9, 1943, she lived in Clifton, New Jersey enjoying her summers in the sun and on the beaches of Long Beach Island with her older brother, Ray. She was the daughter of Raymond and Mary Schweibert and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA. She married her husband, William Calhoun on June 19, 1965 and lived in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey while raising her family, her daughters Patty Ann and Meg, and son Len. Patricia was a talented sketch artist and painter and an avid reader and letter writer. She loved trips to New York City to see the theatre and take in the excitement of an occasional Yankee game, but most of all adored visiting her grandchildren and taking part in any of their interests.

Patricia was predeceased by her parents Raymond and Mary Schweibert, daughter Patricia Ann Calhoun and brother Dr. Raymond Schweibert.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband William F. Calhoun, daughter Meg Galistinos and husband Stephane of Ridgefield, CT, son Leonard Calhoun and wife Janelle of Perth, Western Australia, her five grandchildren Andreas, Amelia, Caleb, Elysia, and Joshua, her sister Barbara Sherman, sister-in-law Eleanor Schweibert, nephews John, Michael, Tom and Raymond, and nieces Mary, Elaine and Donna.
