Patricia A. Zalenski, 67 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away at home on Saturday April 2nd, 2022. Patricia was born in Brooklyn, NY and grew up in Westfield, NJ. She spent time living in Somers, CT until moving to Little Egg Harbor, NJ in 1990. Patricia was a wonderful homemaker who loved animals and spending time with her family. In her younger years she gave horseback riding lessons and would show dogs in competition. She was a member of the Watchung Stables Alumni group online and a past member of the Bass River Search and Rescue. She loved taking care of her animals and even provided some people with loving dogs.
Patricia was predeceased by her parents James and Marie McDonald, son Daniel Zalenski and grandson Aidan.
She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years Stephen Zalenski, daughter Kelly Zalenski of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, siblings Jim McDonald, Greg McDonald, Caroline McDonald and Guenevere O’Gorman, granddaughters Emily, Tiffany and Vanessa Zalenski, daughter-in-law Amanda Mcknight and her horse George and dog Robin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday April 9, 2022 from 11am-2pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. Cremation will be private and a burial of ashes will take place at a later date.
