Rodger Wayne Leppin Sr.

Rodger Wayne Leppin Sr., 60 of Bass River Twp, NJ passed away on Friday May 7, 2021.  Born in Glendora, NJ he lived in Charlotte, ME before moving to New Gretna 35 years ago.  Rodger worked for Viking Yacht in New Gretna for many years and was a Volunteer Fireman for the New Gretna Fire Department.  He enjoyed spending time snowmobiling, camping, fishing, vacationing, cooking and eating but most of all he loved to spend time with his family.

Rodger was predeceased by his parents Charles and Esther Leppin, niece Courtney and brothers-in-law William and Jim.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years Patricia Leppin (nee Garthaus), sons Rodger Leppin Jr and wife Heather of Galloway and Robert Charles Leppin and fiancé Jillian Haman of Tuckerton, daughters Bonnie Ahlbrandt and husband Don of Tuckerton, Esther Fredericks and husband Mark of Little Egg Harbor and Jeanne Leppin of New Gretna, brother Charles Leppin and wife Julie of Eastport, ME, sisters Sue Giebel of Hammonton, Lois Karaffa and husband Frank of Parkertown and Cindy Mitchell of Eastport, ME and grandchildren Noah Riley, Norma Jean, Gavin Charles, Logan Martyn, Michael, Charlotte, Katelynn, Mark Jr., MarleeAnn and Malia and one on the way. 

Visitation will be on Friday May 14, 2021 from 5 to 8pm and Saturday May 15 from 10am until the Funeral Service at 11am at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.  Burial will follow at Miller Cemetery, New Gretna
