Roy Zeritt

Roy Zeritt, 91, of Barnegat NJ passed away on Tuesday July 14,2026. Born in New Gretna, NJ Roy spent time living in New Gretna, NJ before settling in to Barnegat over 20 years ago. Roy proudly served our nation in the U.S. Air Force and later worked as an equipment operator for the NJ Department of Transportation. After his retirement from the NJ Department of Transportation, he spent 24 years working for Viking Vacht. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping.

Roy is predeceased by his parents, Carl and Anna Zeritt, and his beloved wife Mary E. Wiseman.

He is survived by his loving daughter Kimberly Zeritt of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, grandchildren Daniel W. Brown Jr. and wife Samantha, and Eric A. Brown and wife Tara, great-grandchildren Colton Brown and Amelia Brown, and niece Valerie.

Cremation will be private. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
