Stephen G. Bowen, 67, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, passed away on Monday May 5, 2025. Born in Atlantic City, NJ, and raised in Brigantine, NJ, Steve spent time living in Florida and California before moving to Little Egg Harbor in 1984. Steve played football and baseball throughout his childhood and high school years. He enjoyed playing tennis and basketball as well as riding his bike. He was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Eagles fan who loved to watch sports.

Stephen was predeceased by his parents Stephen W. and Catherine Bowen, and his beloved wife Sheila Bowen in 2024.

He is survived by his son Jeffrey Davis and husband Robert Pease of Voorhees, NJ, daughter Jennifer Davis of Gainesville, VA, sister Cathy DeLuca and husband Joe of Ventnor, NJ, sister Mary Lou Bowen of Somerset, NJ, brother John Bowen of NY, NY, brother Tom Bowen and wife Kim of Absecon, NJ, grandson Adam Davis and wife Stacy of Somers Point, NJ and many nieces, nephews and cherished friends.

Cremation will be private. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday May 15, 2025 from 2pm-3:45pm, followed by a brief service beginning at 3:45pm at Maxwell Funeral Home, 160 Mathistown Road, Little Egg Harbor, NJ, 08087.
