Steven Schmalz

Steven W. Schmalz 62 of Tuckerton, NJ passed away at home on Saturday May 25, 2023.  Born in Newark, NJ he was a lifetime Tuckerton resident.  Steven worked as a chef, first starting at the New Gretna House and then at Trump Plaza in Atlantic City.  He was a member of the MICA Club and he enjoyed watching classic television shows with his favorites being “The Three Stooges”, “M.A.S.H.” and “I Love Lucy”.

Steven was predeceased by his parents Leroy and Beatrice Schmalz, brother Kevin Schmalz and sister Linda Baker.

He is survived by his brother Roy Schmalz, sister Debbie Long as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday June 11^th, 2023 from 11am – 2pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.
