Thomas Gaetano Palandro

Thomas Gaetano Palandro Sr., 87 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 20th, 2026. Thomas was born, raised, and lived in South Philadelphia, finally moving to Little Egg Harbor 35 years ago. He worked as the sole staff photographer for GE Aerospace / Lockheed Martin in King of Prussia, PA prior to retiring. He was a Honorary Life Member and Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. He spent summers on the “wooder,” enjoying fishing, crabbing, and viewing the sunsets. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, creating memories that will remain with them forever.

Thomas was predeceased by his parents Michael and Mary Palandro, brothers Rocky and Tony, sister Angie, and son-in-law William “Bill” Baclasky.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years Louise Palandro, loving children Thomas G. Palandro Jr. of Tabernacle, NJ, Louise Baclasky of Somers Point, NJ, Michael Palandro (Donna) of Philadelphia, PA and Jospeh Palandro (Jane) of Little Egg Harbor, sister Theresa Gussin (Ed), and grandchildren Sarah, Thomas “TJ”, Joseph, Jaimie, Jordan, Bobby, Christina (Christophe), Anthony (Stacy), and Erica.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 25th,2026 from 10a-1130a at Maxwell Funeral Home, 160 Mathistown Rd, Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. A Funeral Mass will follow at 12:30pm at St. Mary of the Pines R. C. Church 100 Bishop Lane Manahawkin, NJ 08050.
