Virge Tullus Bon

Virge Tullus Bon, 65 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away peacefully at home on Monday June 8th, 2020. Virge was born, raised and lived in Bridgeton, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor, NJ in 1983. She was the organist for Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Little Egg Harbor and devoted her life to the church. She prided herself on her many supportive roles in the community including her volunteer work at Seacrest Nursing Home, her years as a substitute teacher at Pinelands, and duty as a Deacon with the Lutheran ministry. She was a woman of many passions but her favorite loves were her children, playing music, singing karaoke, and being with her dog, Adele. 

Virge was predeceased by her father and mother, and brother-in-law Robert Long. She is survived by her loving children Anastacia Laurell Sherman and husband Casey of Little Egg Harbor, NJ and Stephen Alexander Bon and wife CJ of Marlton, NJ; sisters Sandy Smith and Mari Long, nieces Laura Laurson Marcellus and Karen Laurson Davies, ex-husband Stephen Michael Bon, and many additional nieces, nephews and extended family in Estonia. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday June 14, 2020 from 11am-1pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. We are operating at 25% occupancy capacity as per NJ executive order. Staff will be there to assist. Cremation will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at 500 Mathistown Rd Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087
