Wilbur W Dawson Jr.

Wilbur W. Dawson, Jr., 75, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, passed away on Friday June 4, 2021. Wilbur was born, raised and lived in Staten Island, NY until he moved to Little Egg Harbor, NJ 6 years ago. Wilbur retired as a Bus Operator from the MTA in 1995. He was an avid golf, fishing, and boating enthusiast.  He was an all-around sportsman who loved his NY sports teams.

Wilbur was predeceased by his parents Wilbur Sr., Ada Reed along with sisters Laverne McDonnell,  Audrey Costello and Carol Essex.

He is survived by his loving wife, Dolores, of 57 years, children Sandra Logan  (Tim, son-in-law) of South Amboy, NJ, Wilbur Dawson of Staten Island, NY, Brian J. Dawson  (Melissa, daughter -in-law) of Orange County, NY, 6 grand children and brother, Barry Dawson of Bayonne,  NJ.
