Survived by his twin sister Diane (Belk) Roberts, son David W., daughter Vicki Allen (Dave), god-daughter Kelly Roberts, nephew Kevin Roberts, girlfriend Holly Couch, best friends Sally & Jazz, and many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews & cousins.
Pre-deceased by his parents James (Jay) & Evelyn Belk of New Gretna, & his older brother.
All services were held on June 7, 2021.
