Dorothy Lebreton

Dorothy Lebreton, 94, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away at home on Monday December 21st, 2020. Dorothy was born in Kearny, NJ and spent the last 30 years living in Little Egg Harbor. She worked as a secretary for Simmons Precision before she retired. In recent years she enjoyed boating, golfing, adopting and raising dogs, donating to a variety of causes and helping friends and family who were in need.   

Dorothy was predeceased by her parents Cecil and Esther Burns, her husband Ernie, and her two loving companions Kenneth Koep and Fred Merrick.  

She is survived by her five step-daughters: Kathleen Lutter of Lawrence Twp., NJ Karen Miller of Greenbrook, NJ, Caroline Koep of Palmerton, PA, Cheryl Monticchio of Forked River, NJ and Cynthia Frederick of Lake Ariel, PA. and three step-sons: Paul Koep of Madison, NJ, Mark Koep of North Brunswick, NJ and Matthew Koep of Flemington, NJ. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many friends who will miss her dearly. 

She is best remembered for her lively spirit, boundless energy, strong determination, and loving heart. 

Cremation will be private.
