Earl R Miller

Earl R. Miller Sr. 77 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Monday July 5, 2021.  Born in Trenton, NJ Earl has resided in Little Egg Harbor for the past 35 years.  Earl worked for BCM Engineers, Inc. in Plymouth Meeting, PA and after retiring, went to work at Scott’s Bait and Tackle in Mystic Island where he specialized in repairing fishing rods and reels and sharing his vast knowledge of fishing. He was a board member for the Little Egg Harbor MUA, member of the Little Egg Harbor Republican Club and active in the Tuckerton Masonic Lodge #4 and Sextant Lodge #286.  Earl enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and was an avid hunter, boater and fisherman.

He is survived by his loving daughter Sharon Gruber and husband Steven of Haddonfield, NJ, grandchildren Jessica Townsend and husband Zachary, Zachary Gruber, Lauren Miller and Caroline Miller and his beloved chocolate lab Cher.

Viewing hours will be held on Wednesday July 14, 2021 from 4pm to 6pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.
