Lucille Terpien

Lucille Terpien, 73 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away at home on Thursday September 24, 2020. Lucille was born in Pennsylvania and spent time living in Bucks County, PA and Little Egg Harbor part time before permanently moving here about 12 years ago. Lucille worked as an operating room nurse and was a founding member of the LEH Citizens on Patrol and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Tuckerton Chapter 54, the American Legion, the VFW and the LEH Republican Club. She was a food bank volunteer and a former member of the Music Theater of Abington and the Willow Manor Players. Lucille loved crabbing, fishing and just being on the water. She was an avid reader who enjoyed crafting and sewing. She had a love for animals, but mostly cats. 

Lucille was predeceased by her parents Edward and Lucille Terpien. 

She is survived by her dear friends whom she considered her family, Tom and Maggie Williams and their children of Bass River, NJ, her PA girls, her dear friends Monnie, Carol, Rich and Maggie, her LEH COP Family, her beloved cats Newsy and Allie and numerous other friends. 

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday October 2, 2020 from 6-8pm with a short Funeral Service beginning at 7:30pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. Due to COVID-19 the funeral home is operating at 25% occupancy capacity as per NJ executive order.  Please note that all visitors must wear a face mask inside the funeral home.
