Philip Fontanes

Philip Fontanes, 94 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Wednesday July 29, 2020.  Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico he lived in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Little Egg Harbor 50 years ago.  Philip was a World War II Navy Veteran and worked for the New York City Housing Authority. 

He was predeceased by his beloved wife Ana Fontanes in 2014.

He is survived by his son John Fontanes and wife Ana of Little Egg Harbor, daughter Joanna Fontanes of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, grandchildren Brian and wife Stephanie, Michael and wife Karli and Brianna and great grandchildren MacKenzie, Alana and Madison.

Arrangements are private and under the care of Maxwell Funeral Home, Little Egg Harbor.
