She was a gifted musician and a creative multi-media artist. Chloe Belle graduated from Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines, with a B.S. in Education, with a double major in Music and Home Economics. After graduating from university, she was a well-received, up-and-coming concert pianist in Manila until it was time to start a family.
